Although I had concerns about trying to sell a home in the winter vs the summer months I met with Kat to discuss this as an option. Kat was able to reassure me that there are many advantages to trying to sell in the winter and knew exactly the right time to list my home. She was spot on with the timing to list and my house sold in 4 days, with 9 offers, and for 50000 over asking! The process felt seamless and Kat and Darren guided me through and eased my mind with any concerns I had. Kat, Darren and their assistant Brittany seemed to be available to answer my questions and communicate with me at all hours of the day. Additionally, their use of media, to create more exposure and to reach a wider audience, generated a lot of curiosity and interest in my property that I am sure would not have happened otherwise. Being first time house hunters, wife & I were completely clueless on where and how to begin.
